If you want to monitor the light inside or outside your building, you need a light control sensor. We have two of the best products in the industry to help you check the LUX levels.

If you want to control the lighting in your home or office, then you should consider an illumination sensor that tracks the amount of natural and artificial light 24 hours a day.

To help you, Blackhawk Supply partnered with ACI to deliver light sensors to manage the LUX levels for your next project.

The two ACI products we carry are sister devices that are ideal for either your indoor or outdoor lighting needs. Both of the light sensors carry ACI’s Five (5) Year Limited Warranty. You can find out more about the warranty on the ACI website.

A/LLS-T | Ambient Light Level Sensor

The A/LLS-T has a light level sensor to track the illumination of indoor and outdoor spaces. The device has a NEMA 3R enclosure to protect against rain, sleet, snow, dripping water, and ice.

According to ACI, the device has a calibration of 4 mA in the dark and 20 mA in bright light.

A/LLS | Ambient Light Level Sensor

The A/LLS has many of the same features as the A/LLS-T. The big exception is that this model has a lower-level NEMA enclosure. That enclosure does not protect the device against outside elements and is an indoor application.

Do you have any light sensors questions?

Controlling the illumination of your building is significant as consumers and companies continue to look for new ways to save money and resources on electricity. As the night turns to day, the sensor slowly turns down the lights.
