1/2" 2W BALL VALVE 1.2CV; BRASS TRIM NON-SPR RET VA9104-AGA-2S NO SWITCH FLOATING CONTROL
VG1000 Series Ball Valves are designed to regulate the flow of hot or chilled water and, for some models, low-pressure steam in response to the demand of a controller in HVAC systems. Available in sizes 1/2 through 2 in. (DN15 through DN50), this family of two- and three-way forged brass valves is factory or field mounted to Johnson Controls® VA9104 and VA9300 Series Non-Spring Return and VA9203 and VA9208 Series Spring-Return Electric Actuators for on/off, floating, or proportional control.
Refer to the VG1000 Series Forged Brass Ball Valves Product Bulletin (LIT-977132) for important product application information.

Functional and Tough Ball Valve
When looking for a ball valve, you should choose one that is tough and reliable. For me, this ball valve cuts it. The brass material is built to handle liquid of high and low temperatures, and the right amounts of pressure. It also can be resilient to wear even though the nature of its use is handling compounds of varying temperatures that could break key equipment to your HVAC system. Since the valve proves its functionality on my system, I greatly approve of it and would recommend it to anyone who needs a good ball valve.
I tried replacing our old ball valve inside our small factory of food manufacturing business and this one is great. No more overheating in our steam machine and all the leaks have been fixed. This is perfect since leakage has always been a problem and our old valves always fail to fix it. With this ball valve, business is running much smoothly, workers are more comfortable and less hassle from overheating as well as leakage. Very satisfied customer and I’ll give you 5/5 for that!
The valves work great and were easy to install. This was the only ball valve that I could find with good reviews with no leak issues, so it was worth the money to try. I am pleased by their performance so far. I used them on my pool pump, filter, and chlorinator. If I have another project where I’d need something like this, I’d definitely buy them again. I liked them very much and I highly recommend these ball valves.
