Description

VFD68CLL-2C is a variable frequency drive from Johnson Control designed for three-phase control of the AC motor speed in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC-R) systems. The drive supports devices that provide a steady signal from 0 to 10 DVC (or 4 to 20 mA), including the P499 EPT (electronic pressure transducer). In addition to HVAC-R systems, the VFD68 series can control a large number of fans, pumps, and blowers.

You can use various motors with the VFD68 unit. It can be connected with variable speed motors rated 40:1 for operation. However, you need to ensure that the motors have either an Inverter Rating (460 VAC), AC induction three-phase motors with UL or CSA certification (or equivalent), or insulation Class F (or better).
