The AV-810 adapter kit enables mounting of selected pneumatic, SmartX Actuator electric-electronic, and Forta actuators on 1/2 in through 3" Honeywell 3/4 in stroke valves. Compatible with V5011, V5013, V5011F, V5011G, V5011N, V5013F, V5013G, and V5013N valves.
