2 Zone Expander Panel

Braeburn Expansion Panels allow contractors to add to the 140404 zone panel in affordable 2 zone increments. Quick and Easy Installation Installs up to 500 ft. from main panel with 5 conductor thermostat wire. Push-in terminal blocks and built in wire guides help complete a neat and professional installation.

Architectural Specifications

The fully automatic expansion panel shall be Braeburn model number 140424, 5.1”H x 8.0”W x 2.1”D deep, powered from 24 Volts AC. In the event of a power failure, the unit shall retain all configuration settings. The zone panel shall be compatible with low voltage mechanical or electronic thermostats and be capable of controlling up to two additional zones. Wiring blocks with terminals R, Y1, Y2, W1/E/AX1, W2/AX2, O/B/W3, G, L, C, COM1, COM2, GND, COM3, and COM4 shall be included for two thermostats and communication, along with two sets of damper terminals PO, C and PC. Configuration options shall be available for panel address. LED’s (Light Emitting Diodes) shall be present to monitor Panel Power R, Y1, Y2, W1/E/AX1, W2/AX2, O/B/W3, G, L and outputs for two dampers. The panel shall have an operating temperature of -30 to 75° C, and a storage temperature of -40 to 75° C with an operating humidity range of 5 to 95% RH non-condensing.
