Description
VB-9213 is a Schneider Electric globe valve with excellent resistance to pressure drops and turbulence in HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems. The two-way glove valve can be used for mixed control of hot and chilled water and steam applications.
The globe has a balanced plug design that equalizes pressure on both sides, significantly reducing the required operating force. The model is available with electric and pneumatic actuators (you can also order a field assembly without an actuator).
Globe valves from the VB-9000 series have a cast iron body, forged brass seat and plug, and stem made of stainless steel. The product has an ANSI pressure class (from 125 to 200 PSI when below 150 degrees Fahrenheit). Thanks to high-quality materials, this globe valve is exceptionally durable and virtually maintenance-free.
