When I finally reached the Belimo valve combination with the electronic check I have resolved my problems once and for all. It is lightweight and can be mounted on any hydronic system with ease. There is no need for maintenance as soon as it is mounted on and the leakage rate is close to 0% giving you great fidelity. The modulating non-spring return part consumer less power than the previous models and can work remotely and cut the flow to meet the distribution requirements for heated water in fan coil systems.

The hydronic part is made from cast iron that comes in one piece and allows gases or water to pass through its mass. The electrical part of the device is firmly attached to the hydronic one and has a remote control for you to choose the opening and closing of the valve. It has helped me a lot to divert heating water in autonomous systems and make a fair share of the heated water to the premises that have asked for it. It can withstand great amounts of pressure and increased temperatures.
