Description

The ATV630D37N4 is a variable speed drive (VSD) from the Altivar Process made by Schneider Electric. This VSD is designed to control three-phase motor pumps (synchronous and asynchronous), fans, compressors, and other applications with a 110% overload rating for normal duty and 150% rating for heavy-duty operations.

The VSD models from the ATV630 VFD series have various certifications, allowing them to work in harsh environments and high operating temperatures. Additionally, these VSDs support many communication protocols for integration with the building’s systems and remote access.

Applications

The ATV630 VFD supports a wide range of motor control and motor drive applications in different systems:

Water intake. Borehole, liquid injection, pressure booster pumps.
Transportation & storage. Pressure booster, sludge conveying, gas compression, dosing, odor ventilation pumps, as well as various compressors.
Treatment. Filtration, refinery, cooling, induced draft, exhaust pumps, ventilation fans, and aeration blowers.
Processing. Mixing, boiler, condensation, cooling tower fans, and driers.
Material receiving. Simple conveying, submersible, and screw pumps.
