Constructed with a dezincification-resistant bronze body, stainless steel adjusting screw, and dielectric polymer cage, this valve offers superior corrosion resistance for long-lasting performance. It features a fast and reliable press installation, compatible with the RIDGID XL press tool, and Leak Before Press technology for added safety. With a balanced piston design, sealed cage for vault installations, built-in thermal expansion bypass, and large area integral stainless steel strainer, this valve ensures optimal flow control and protection of your water system. The modular seat disc and strainer cartridge allow for easy in-line servicing. The PRE-PRLF valve operates within a pressure range of 15-75 psi, factory tested and preset at 52 psi.
